supply goes in secondary side?how it works?

When we supply an alternating voltage to primary, an
alternating current is produced in the primary.Suppose this
current is Ip.This current links with primary turns Np and
produces NpIp(mmf).this mmf sets up a flux which is set up
in the core. This flux links with most of the primary and
secondary winding.since this flux is also alternating, by
Faradays's law of electromagnetic induction, an emf is
induced in both primary and secondary windings. The
secondary induced emf causes a current to flow through the
load connected to the secondary winding.
