both are the rectifier,diode is conducted in forward
direction only,It opposes the reverse direction ,but Zenor
diode will conduct only in reverse bise, It wont conduct in
forward bise,we can use for Voltage egulator

(1)Electrical power is generated in KV, power consunmed is in MW and the transformers used are in KVA. How is KVA converted to MW as power being consumed by the consumers? (2)What is vector group of a transformer?

Dear all,recently in our plant we installed a conveyor for this the motor ratings are 5 hp and Amps 7.39.Due to on urgent starting of conveyor we fix the DOL starter with range of 9-15 amps.give me suggestion regarding on this issue
