The star point of 3 phase supply is the neutral.The phase
wires are lines.The voltage between line and neutral is 230
V so also between line and earth if nrutral is earthed.The
voltage berween N and E is zero.

During FEED, you will have all the information with regards to cable. How will you calculate the MTO for MV and LV Cables? what are your considerations?
