1.what is difference between line, neutral and earth
2.IF single phase voltage is 230v ac and what should be the
voltage between line to neutral, neutral to earth and earth to
line

1.what is difference between line, neutral and earth 2.IF single phase voltage is 230v ac and what ..

The star point of 3 phase supply is the neutral. The phase
wires are lines. The voltage between line and neutral is 230
V so also between line and earth if nrutral is earthed. The
voltage berween N and E is zero.
