Frequency meter need to connect parallel with the circuit,
as its a sensing device.
there is no such 3 phase frequency meters, measuring from
one phase is more than enough.

Frequency meter should be connected across the line and neutral, and the voltage should as mentioned in the frequency meter(generally 120 v).
