You can simply calculate HT FLA like- MVA/Sq root of 3x HV
or my simple technic KVA/19.20, 630/19.20= 32.81A is HT side Full load current and you can use 2 times higher ratings cable....

Electricty is generated at around 16kV, then step up to 220kV for transmission then steped down to power transformers then DTs and then through the LT n/w it reaches the consumer end. At the consumer end 230V supply is required. So, why is electricity not generated directly at 230V and transmitted?
