ELCB STANDS FOR EARTH LEACKAGE CIRCUIT BREAKER
ELMCB STANDS FOR EARTH LEAKAGE MINIATURE CIRCUIT BREAKER
ELCB IS USED FOR TO SENSE THE EARTH LEAKAGE CURRENT ONLY
AND AFTER SENSING SUFFICIENTLY AS PER THE RATING OF ELCB IT
WILL TRIPPED.
AND IN ELMCB IT WORKS LIKE AS ELCB BUT MOREOVER IT PROTECT
CONNECETD LINE WITH SHORT CIRCUIT ALSO.

Dear Friends, Need your help for connecting APFC panel, Quotation : I have 2 No’s 1000 KVA Transformers, both transformers are having separate APFC panels, ( Tr-1,400KVAR, TR-2,450 KVAR) Now I want to stop One transformer, present load is 650Amps, Max, So One transformer is enough, I have switched OFF TR-1, but PF is not maintaining properly, its 0.5, So now I want to connect TR-2 APFC also in TR-1 Loads, Can any one answer for my Quotation with drawing, how to connect TR-2 APFC panel in TR-1 Loads,

A commercial Building is designed with 14th floor levels with indoor substation of three phase transformer with rated capacity of 1000 Kva.The transformer delivered 65% of its rated capacity at 0.67 power factor lagging.Because of low power factor, the power customer was penalized and certain cost was charged accordingly based on every point percentage lower than 85%.This situation may repeatedly happen on the succeding energy bills of power customer.The power customer is desired to improve its historical power factor of 0.67 lagging and no further penalty be impose by the local power company on the next bill.
