I have cleared technical,Hr round in accenture.The hr also
told me that she will send me the offer letter in a day.But
i have not received offer letter yet.Why is it getting
delayed?Will i get this offer?Plz let me know

I also faced same situation,i.e:- Cleared Telephonic
Technical Interview, Telephonic HR interview. I got a call
from HR for all my details. After that again got a mail from
HR to send scanned documents. Again I got a call from HR for
some client interview. Then a person called asking what
kinds of competencies I have in testing, bla bla ...I got
frustrated as they were doing these with out sending me an
official offer letter. So, I directly called the HR, who
scheduled my client interview and told her my concern. I
asked her,"How can you forward my profile to Projects of
Accenture, as I don't have the offer letter till now.". The
answer given by her was surprising. Let me share that with
you all, so your doubt will be cleared. She told,"I am HR
for Microsoft project in Accenture. I have an excel sheet
where all shortlisted candidates names are present. You are
selected, but you will be interviewed against different
projects. The day a project selects you, offer letter will
be issued to you". I told, "This is not right". She
told,"This is "Accenture recruitment policy".
Hope I gave some info to the persons who are waiting
for offer letter from Accenture like me.......

Accenture HR sucks as they start the recruitment process and if the candidate gets cleared in all interview they put them on hold and this hold could be of any duration, they keep it on hold until and unless they have requirement
I have worked with accenture and its real jerk company with all useless policy.

As every one thinks offer letter is not something which the
HR takes a print and gives to your hand, there are many
other things which happens in the back ground like
approvals from the Managers, CTC disscussion with
Compension and Benefit Team, Sometimes back ground check
before offering, position would have gone on hold etc.
So, anyone of the following reason is enough to get it

Accenture of HR is not good, it's worst. I have cleared all
rounds in Dec.2009. But no response. No HR call.. no offer
letter... I had talk with F2F sr. manager from accenture.
He also forwarded mail to HR. But no response. Any way, I
have joined IBM. I BEG YOUR ATTENTION: If you have any
offer against Accenture, Pl. join it.. don't wait for

Actually Accenture HR services are outsourced to sourceone management consultants. These outside personnel act in concert and systematically block employee referrals from being picked up by delaying the process and pushing their own candidates first so that they have good yield of revenue as they get one month pay for each person recruited through their agency.
some a loophole in Accenture process.
Most of the employee referrals at Accenture India seem to end up as onhold(no demand).
I had 4 rounds of interview and someone called and told he is processing offer and reconfirmed and then after a wee kthe person who referred me found that the status is Onhold(no demand).
Now a days some companies seem to do recruitment process only to create some buzz in job market.
For example Tech Mahindra Pune is recruiting lot of people and giving them designation like project manager, program manager, senior project manager, program director , architect etc. But once inside , the new recruits find that they have no relevant work to do and had to fight and do politics to grab work from other old employees people with similar designations. If you are able grab work then you are allowed to stay on and work, other wise after 3 months on bench the RMG & HR declare that there is expectation mismatch and they pay 2-3 month basic pay an ask the person to look for job and and give a relieving letter after. Many people spoiled their careers by joining Tech M in last one year.

I m also facing same issue in Accenture. After the HR
interview , he asked me to send all the documents &
confirmed me by mail that after receiving all the documents
frm my side , my offer letter would be communicated. After
20 days while contacted to HR , he said tat my offer letter
is pending with next level of approval & assured me not to
But now it is more than 1 month ..i m still waiting for the
offer letter. wat shud i do ? plz suggest me ...TIA

I also cleared the telephonic technical round and they told me me to wait for a call from HR. Its been a month a i didnt get any call.......... i enquired about it but they said its all confidential matter and we can't share it............. just wait for the call........... i dont know what what should i do

situation is not good.They put your status on hold due
projects delay not only accenture some companies like
My one of the freind got selected for TCS last oct-2006
till now he didn't get the offer letter
Please be patient and in this mean time u can improve u r
