1.Check the profiling of a the customer.
2. If the customer is high profiled check if an expedite is
possible through escalation
3.If the customer is not high profile you can still check
if the expedite is possible within your limits of scope.
4.In any case of the expedite is not possible provide all
reasons as to why it is not assertively because the
customer has a reason to know why.
5. Commit only is you are sure if the early delivery is

than you should avoid it by charging high rate for early
delivery, or you may go for outsourcing for early delivery.
