I have cleared technical,Hr round in accenture.The hr also
told me that she will send me the offer letter in a day.But
i have not received offer letter yet.Why is it getting
delayed?Will i get this offer?Plz let me know

Actually Accenture HR services are outsourced to sourceone management consultants. These outside personnel act in concert and systematically block employee referrals from being picked up by delaying the process and pushing their own candidates first so that they have good yield of revenue as they get one month pay for each person recruited through their agency.
some a loophole in Accenture process.
Most of the employee referrals at Accenture India seem to end up as onhold(no demand).
I had 4 rounds of interview and someone called and told he is processing offer and reconfirmed and then after a wee kthe person who referred me found that the status is Onhold(no demand).
Now a days some companies seem to do recruitment process only to create some buzz in job market.
For example Tech Mahindra Pune is recruiting lot of people and giving them designation like project manager, program manager, senior project manager, program director , architect etc. But once inside , the new recruits find that they have no relevant work to do and had to fight and do politics to grab work from other old employees people with similar designations. If you are able grab work then you are allowed to stay on and work, other wise after 3 months on bench the RMG & HR declare that there is expectation mismatch and they pay 2-3 month basic pay an ask the person to look for job and and give a relieving letter after. Many people spoiled their careers by joining Tech M in last one year.
