simply centrifugal means the circular motion, and
reciprocal means the front and back like piston movement.

In centrifugal, kinetic energy is converted to potential
energy by rotary motion.
In reciprocationg, energy is given to pistion for axial
movementin piston cylinder. Volume equal to piston movent
is displaced in each stroke of pisto.
