To convert differential pressure (dp) to flow rate (TPH), you can use the following formula:
Flow Rate = [(Dp x A)^1.87] / (K x rho^1.87)
where:
Dp = Differential pressure (psig or inH2O)
A = Orifice area (in^2)
K = Constant for the specific orifice plate used (dimensionless)
rho = Density of the fluid being measured (lbm/ft^3)

Why we use 4 to 20 mA, (This is International Standard) instaed of this can we use 4-16, or 4-24 or 3- 15 or any other range

Regarding , there is an air cooler which control the fans(50% of AV FANS) by temperature in outlet , and the louver of Air cooler is controlled by HIC from control system , So if on Air cooler we will consider 2 individual I/P converter or positioner?
