Square fit.
(air speed) 600FPM (main line air supply speed) 750 FPM
bar room =
10 height x 10 Length x 10 width = 1000Sq fit

Air-Conditioning air supply is 1000CFM
10'X 10' room 250 CFM each
12'x 10' room 300 CFM
Kitchen 10'x 8' 200 CFM

Main line suppy air is 750 FPM
1000/750 X 144 = 192
------------------------------------------------------------
AND
------------------------------------------------------------
1) Cfm of duct
2) Required static pressure in duct
3) Shape of duct piece like bent, offcet, length, round etc
4) If any heating or cooling element to be install in duct.

A smart HVAC engineer takes various onsite decisions to
avoid unneccessary pressure drop.

I assume you are referring to ductor testing. which is
testing the resistance of a HV joint. Uses a ductor tester.
connect probe to each side of connection (i.e. transformer
flag and cable lug) and ductor measures resistance. Should
be quite low ~10micro ohms.
Require ductor tester which is a four prong resistance
tester
