Answer / karthick
if oil is mixed with water, oil will form a layer over the
surface of the water this is because the sp.gravity of oil
is lesser than water so it floats over the surface.this
resists the formation of steam to a large extent that is it
doesnot make evaporation of water instead foaming occurs

this will not allow to evaporate the water properly and the
temperature will increase, and oil wont evaporate,it may
stick with surface and proper heat transfer might not be
occured,if oil evaporates then it will affect the turbine

Oil when mixed with water- Emulsion takes place. When combustion of oil happens a micro-explosion takes place which atomizes the the water droplet. Thus, higher surface area created supports better heat transfer to the fluit in lesser time.
