answer 11 is pretty much right.
A basic rule of thumb is
B - beyond normal lengths (for very long cables)
C - common (normal) installation
D - Demand on start-up (high initial "rush" current on
motors / heat pumps)

"C" curve is used only for lighting because of Starting &
runnig current is same in that circuits
"D" curve is used in electronis circuit like
computer.Because of it will be with stand high armonics &
initial rash current.
