Start with your personal details like name, your
eductational background that you have qualify
privesouly,your skill,your strength, discribe yourself by
using some meaningful and give example, your achivement,
your goal, your hobbies and tell them why those thing are
your hobbies,how they improve you, what you know about that
thing for which you are facing this interview, and what you
can do for them.

Hi its trupti,Sorry i had nterd a wrong emailid. So again
writng same d same. Dnt mark d previous answer.


Never start with "i am (your name)" bcoz d interviever
already knows it.Start with the backgrnd details..."i stay
with my parents in ...", your family details and dnt
mention the names of ur family membrs, it sounds stupid n d
intervwr has nothng 2 do with d names ...den if u hav any
siblngs mention his qualification and if workng with any
firm...den ur details "I hav done my schooling
form .....with a distinction or say your percent in
SSC.Then ur Jr. Colg, any acheivemnts (achievmnts impress d
interviewr eg. sports or awards won), hobbies, interests,
strengths, dont mention ur weaknesses. N finally ur aim in
life. Ur each n evry word shud b weighted 2 impress him
especially ur aims,strengths, so dat he understnds vat type
of a person u r. In d aims u also mention abt ur technical
aims. Dats it u need 2 prepare dese thngs vit weighted
words n a positiv approach b4 any intrvws.

Sometimes interviewer may not give you more than 2 minutes
to answer this question. So you should learn to mention the
most important details first. i.e, Your details, Education,
recent Experience, your Skillsset etc. (Don't start telling
about your family background or your hobbies. If the
interviewer is still looking for more details at the end of
2 minutes, then you can add those details.) Practise
telling a short answer and a long answer.
2) Short is sweet. Generally they don't expect a long story
from you.
3) Be sure about every point you are telling. Some people
may interrupt you and cross-question you. Be prepared for
that. Answer with a smile.
4) Don't look like you memorized the answer. Don't rush to
complete it. Tell slowly and steadily (with a firm voice)
as if you are answering from your heart.

You have to always start with your name and personnel information like( name, born and bought up in, about your family background, educational qualification );


Then about your professional experience. If you are a fresher tell about your hobbies and interest to continue the flow of interview.

Then start with your aim and your strength and weakness.

They will ask you why do you want to work in this firm.
Tell them that this is a reputed company and I want to do something on my own. I want to work because of two reasons
1> Firstly would be the monetary issue and 2> I want to face the new challenges and want to learn .

Be ready to speak about your home town as the common questions of the HR would be , Tell me something about your home town.In this question the purpose is to check your communication skills and the use of your grammer. They are not interested to listen about your hometown...

stenghts and weaknesses,ur educational
qulification,skills,expriences,projects u have done,if exp.
company background,followed by ur designation and roles &
responsibilities.

First we should arrange the sequence order and alloting
time for each sequence point( i.e. should be minimum 5 to 6
minuts)

One:
Start with your full name and Place( i.e.basically where
your from.)[TIME- HALF MINUT.]

Two:
Followed by your education qualification.( i.e your domain
and institute name and passing year)[TIME- ONE AND HALF
MINUT]

Third:
Should be your experience incase of if you are experienced.
otherwise you suppose to speak about your project this
point is very important becuase some times its decides your
selection.[TIME TWO MINUTS.]

Four:
Achievements and awards and rewards.[TIME-ONE MINUT]

fifth:
hobis[ TIME- ONE MINUT]

Sixth:
Family background, it is last but not least, it should be
last becase two reasons i.e 1.if interviewer ask yourself
first you should speak about your personal details so
family details should be last and family background there
may separate question. second reason is many interviers
usually they dont ask you to stop here there is chance to
speak lot about family members and their manes and their
occupation in case they willnot ask u stop.

Note: This is for last point there is no time set. Start
with your parents names speak untill interviewer ask u stop.
