In this question, person can speak about his/her
personality type of course in line with the profile applied
for. Also talk about past experiences which reveals what
kind of person he/she is.For example I am a water type, go
with the flow and carry people with me, I am very flexible
and adaptable which makes it easier to settle fast in a new
place, Have control on my nerves. (I am in the field of
sales and marketing).
