I use 20 nos led tube 4feet, in pathway 100mtr approximate, so what size cable i use for lighting
Answer / Hemant Kumar Budakoti
The size of the cable required for lighting depends on the total power consumption and the voltage rating of the cable. Given that each LED tube consumes approximately 25 watts (assuming 4 feet = 120 cm and each tube has a power rating of 25W), and assuming a voltage rating of 230V, you can estimate the current draw using I = P / V. The total current required would be about 0.11 amps per LED tube, giving a total current requirement of approximately 2.2 amps. This is well within the capacity of a standard household wiring cable such as a single core PVC insulated cable with a cross-sectional area of 1.5mm^2 or larger.
