Flue gases are not coming out of Id fan means flue gases has become heavier than atmospheric air. Reason s can be Id inlet is closed .2 temp of flue gas is very low as it has given out it's temp to water and air from fd .3 flue gas temp at boiler out is in enough high due to poor combustion

APH outer air is not more than 140 c and less than 130 c because of Sulphur due point.if APH efficiency goes down due to Soots deposit APH boiler outlet temp goes Increase on other side failure of Design or High CV fual feed to boiler also raised outlet temp. So that management decide for Recover heat by Heating of feed water that is thumb rule when you increase 3 c of feed water temp 1% increase Boiler efficiency. When you calculate Money terms you save lots of money

before chimney there is RAPH (Roatery air pre heater).so flue gas will pass from half the part of RAPH, and other half part is passing air coming from FD fan.So heat exchanges flue gas to FD fan discharge air .After that RAPH discharge is going to ID fan suction,thats how we are getting low temperature flue gas from ID fan.
