explain the mode of metal iranafer in Co,welding
Answer / Dalveer Singh
CO (Coated-electrode) welding is a type of arc welding where a coated electrode is used to weld metals. The mode of metal transfer during CO welding can be divided into two main categories: short circuiting (or dip transfer) and globular transfer.n
1. Short Circuit Transfer:tIn this mode, droplets of molten metal are transferred from the electrode tip to the weld pool. The electrode tip repeatedly melts and forms new droplets while maintaining contact with the weld pool. This mode is characterized by a fast welding speed and lower deposition rates.
2. Globular Transfer:tIn this mode, larger globules of molten metal are transferred from the electrode to the weld pool. The electrode tip does not always maintain contact with the weld pool. This mode is characterized by slower welding speeds and higher deposition rates compared to short circuiting transfer.

can we connect transformer with star conected secondary to delta connected primary in series?
List the materials required for Pipe Earthing.
In any plant or substation main incommer voltage RY - 415 V,YB - 400 V, BR - 387 V(in commer feed from transformer 11 Kv /0.415 KV) why found voltage differance in each phase? plant have not self power plant it is depend on outsource grid
my question is that....few days ago i had installed a three phase motor starter for an electric saw.the motor will run and make the hydraulic pressure which will be goes to pressure cylender by up and down lever.two number of limitswitches are also installed on cylinder for safety of motor.now when the arm of cylinder reaches to the upper or lower limit it will cut the motor's line.and motor will be stop.now wana know that what will i do that motor runs continue after the limitswitch cut it down but it shold not be made any pressure.pls answer me in brief.
if 50hz transformer is required to be run on 50% frequency what needs to be done???????????
How much heat will a 2500 KVA transformer will generate ?
In ht capacitor ckt we are using LBS Panel it having isolator with fuse, one of HT fuse flash over, so what is reason behind this event.
WHY TRANSFORMERS ARE RATED IN 11KV 22KV 33KV Instead off 10kv 20kv 30kv
Refernce currents are to be generated using refernce cueernts how can this be done??
why we are using the ac supply in domestic purpose, why don't use dc supply.
i want the formula of total eletical knowledgement
Do anyone know how can I calculate earthing for substation or do anyone know any software which I can use for this case
