CT and PT are the devices i.e. current and voltage transformers used for protection and metering purpose in the HT/LT system.Sensing current from CT and voltage measures the parameters on relational basis.

Ct is a current transformer the
measures in the load current.
Pt ia a potential transformer the measures in the circuit voltage.

Ct ek transformer hota hai Jo current ko control karta hai or measuring ka kam karta hai
PT-ek transformer hora hai Jo voltage ko control karta hai or ye voltage ko measuring karta hai
