this is not possible that without any reason motor going to
be off . your star delta control or power circuit may be
wrong other wise motor may be faulty.

Check the control circuit wire,in adanblock and
Coil side...

check the olr its may trip inside the panel board..

check the load amps of the motor and bearing conditions of the motor and the olr current settings and check the terminal loose connections

Check the load current there may be a chance due load side issues. Also check for the motor noise is there any noise in bearing / housing. You may also check the load coupled/connected with this drive.
