How relay coordination has to be done? what are the inputs are required for this? Please explain this with calculation method?

WHEN SINGLE PHASE SUPPLY AS 220V, WHY THE 3 PHASE- 4 WIRE MEASURED AS 440 VOLTS INSTEAD OF 660 VOLTS (220 VOLTS PER PHASE i.e 220x3 = 660 volts ).
Why converter duty transformer neutrals are not earthed...i am still not sure if this question is also correct...Please email at ranjan120482@gmail.com

1. If we apply dc supply to the primary winding of transformer it will be burnt out. similarly dc supply is given to field winding of syn. motor and armature winding of dc motor, they are safe. (Remember both windings inductive nature) what is the reason behind that?
