Capacitor is used to maintain power factor & Where as
ignitor is used to ignite the lamp which acts as a sparking
component to ignite the lamp.

starting time and ignitor is used for ignites the lamp in
starting time.

using n1*n2 which type transformer is made; where n1 is primary turn and n2 is secondery turn
