normal phase chromatography? and why?
Please update.

Chromatography consists single principle. that is
separation technique. in the chromatography two phases are
there.
1) Reverse phase(separation with polar mobile phase)
2) Normal phase(separation with non polar mobile phase)
there is no difference in the principle of mechanism of
chromatography. only difference in the phase, what we
selected for the separation of components.

Answer / mak
Principle remains same for both Reverse and Normal phase Chromatography .ie. separation of components present in sample.
Polarities of stationary and mobile phases will change .

mobile phase act as polar and column act as stationary
phase.. in reverse phase chromatography...
for normalphase chromatography column act as mobile phase
and mobile phase act as stationary phase....
