cleaning validation means washing of vessel with suitable reangent i.e it may be water,chloroform,isopropyl alcohol.
in rinse we take sample from outlet of vessel for analysis.
swab- in swab we take sample with help of swab stick where we not reached to take sample from vessel. mostly we take swab for cream ointments.
