In general it is 50 times of dia of bar. It depends the grade
of concrete, if higher grade concrete used the lap length
getting reduced.

(Db * Fy)/ 4tbd where ,
Db=dia of bar
Fy = stress in bar
tdb is design bond stress = 0.16 * (Fck)^2/3
