What is the function of Antipumping Relay and Lockout Relay?

Antipumping Relay : It is generaly used in series of
closing coil of breaker. The function is to cut off the
supply of closing coil immediately after closing of
breaker. This is required as coil is not designed for
continous rating.
Lockout relay : This is also used in closing ckt of
breaker. This is basicaly latched relay which inihibit the
closing of breaker for defined time if relay is operated.
Lockout relay can be self reset or manual reset (choice)
after definite time.
