what is the difference between EMF and potential difference??..

EMF (Electromotive force) the force that is present when the
battery is not connected in circuit and voltage a pressure
when the battery is connected in circuit. the voltage is a
term for potential difference.

EMF(Electro Motive Force) is the voltage,that is converted from any other form of Energy to Electrical.For example,emf is used with Batteries, Generators, Motors (Back Emf).

Potential Difference between two points means difference between Potentials of two points.
