that min is if your lode is govt 100amp approval if is
goning to 120 whan to start motor or etc will be amp high
for a second . this will be meter record in meter
electrical company . so power factor work is leed or lage
in this mater . whan lode is going up capastor is working
sablish the voltage and crrent not gonig up ,
