When any 3-phase 4-wire system (Y/star) is not earthed
(neutral not earthed) then the system is not balanced and we
can't say what is the neutral current is? but when we
earthed neutral then it is a balanced and neutral current
almost zero.as a result voltage level is changed when the
unearthed cable is earthed.
Thanking u
