POINT EARTH REMOVED.IF DELTA/STAR THAN THE STAR POINT EARTH
BE REMOVED.

PHASE VOLTAGE) IF ALL THE ABOVE VALUES SATISFIED THAN THE
TRANS.MAY BE ENERGISED.
