formula is 2*3.14*radius... eg (size of column 600mm) cover 40mm dia 10mm
so CL=2*3.14*260=1.63+(HOOK LENGTH 50+50)=1.73-4d=1.69m

Q:-Circular column size 800mm diameter 1 meter height?
ANS:- ccover is 50mm
800-4*50=600mm
cutting length of stirrup is = pi*d =3.14* 0.6=1.88 meter
