for one Sqm of neat Cement Finish With 15 mm thick plaster -
0.145 Bags of Cement Required For Sqm.

Calculation = 0.145 * 290=42.05
Sand = 0.015*1260 = 18.9
total Material Cost = 60.95
Labour Cost is = 90 / SQm
So all together = 150.95 Say 150.

from ur calculation

for one Sqm = 32.5 kg of cement
that means = 32.5 X (290/50)= 188.5 / Sqm
is it Any boq Neat Finish gave above 300/

In barbending schedule why is o.42*D is taken. Means why o.42 only???
