If CM 1:4 and 20mm tk
cement= 1/4*1440= 360 kg/cum
for 20mm tk = 360* 0.02 = 7.2 kg/ sqm

considering for 1 sqm area, then dry volume of mortar= 1*1*.025= .025 cum
for wet volume of mortar increase it by 20%
so, 0.025*20%+0.025 = 0.03 cum
now considering ratio of 1:4 then 0.03/1+4 =0.006/0.0345(volume of 1 bag) =0.18 Bag
for kg = 0.18*50 =8.7 kg/sqm
