BO automatically generates the SQL query when objects are selected into query panel. When you run the query, the query is processed to database based on your connectivity.for ex: If you run query using, Local Machine Full Client (BO reporter), the query directly connects to database through midillewareFull Client <---> DatabaseIf you run query using Webi, the webi browser will connects to Web Server and Webserver will proces request to Database.WEBI <--->Web Server <---> Database

while developing a report in BO i had created prompts at query level? When an end user runs the report he has to see the details of the report with out entering the prompt values? How can we do this in BO?

I have set of reports in BO4.0 and need to use "Hyperlink" functionality. I had to use native hyperlink functionality provided in BO4.0 but looks like it's available only in Rich Client.Currently,we have only Infoview B04.0 Launch Pad.Is OpenDoc the only hyperlink option on BO4.0 Launch Pad?
