SAP BW - Business Warehouse
SAP BI - Business Intelligence. (higher version of sap bw)

SAP BO XI - Businss Objects (XI) R2 - Reporting tool.
Going forward SAP BI reporting will be done in BO only.

1. SAP BW- Business warehouse system
SAP BI-Business intelligence system

both are almost same the BW system is older version,but some
advance feature are added to BI 7.0, but now in the latest
version they are calling SAP BW7.3.

SAP BOXI- Business Objects is a reporting which is
integrated with BI in recent times.
The cubes and queries generated in the BI, so we create the
reports by using B0XI.


2. we need to learn all three of them which are very
imporatant to our carrer.
