we have consol make 3 phase servo stabilizer for cnc m/c.
while installing the earth neutral voltage is 1.7 volts at
stbilizer off condition and when stabilizer get on en
voltage reaches 4.8 volts (new earthing is done and neutral
is helthy condition all phase to neutral volts 440,442,441
v)why this happen.solution for cause.

Problem looks like in the type & quality of earthing
electodes and pit specifications. if possible try for
another earthing pit with proper watering arrangement.
Note : the earthing pit should be in mother earth & not in
the backfilled soil. (Earthing quality varies with the soil
strata i.e. BC Soil, Hard rock soil, Muroom etc)
Further the earthing pits may be interconnected also to
obtain stabilised results.

The voltage difference between earth and neutral could be due to stray capacitance or leakage current between phases and the ground. To solve this issue, you can consider installing a grounding system with a low-impedance path or using a capacitor bank for compensation.

plz check your multimeter. it may be because of corrupted
meter. OR while u measure the voltage keep it away from
Electrical area.
