What is the maximum advisable distance where it is required to interconnect a 500 KVA 480 V 3 ph transformer and the main panel or MCC ignoring the voltage droop affectation, does it is exist any standard about it?

Thanks Mr VinotKumarkkp for your comment but I think there are other reasons like to reduce the shortcircuit inpedance toprotection accurancy and other effect that I am trying to find out

This is totally dependent on voltage drops. But u dont consider voltage drops then one main reason is also that hv conductor size is less than lv conductor size. I think this is reason.
