By checking the phase with respect to ground with
multimeter or with a test lamp.

we can calculate by converting it by 1.732 factor, that
means multiply the single phase load with 1.732 and you
will get the equivalent 3phase load valur.

or
3 single phase units is equal to one 3phase load
