yes as kumar said........use a step down transformer and use
a bridge rectifier at its output .and some filters before
giving it to a 7805 ic...take the output at 7805 .simple

take a step down tranformer of 0-5 volt 500ma rating and
use a full wave rectifier .

it is very easy what you need just a step down transformer
of rating 5v 500ma and ic 7805

box 1 contain odd value X or Y the box 2 =X i.e 7 or 12 box 3= Y has value 19 if X is 7 or 31 if x is 12 get even value X or Y Use any operator steps allowed 3
