Vltage and current are two different vectors wihch
represents in the respect of another vector defining a
specific angle which is nothing but a power factor.Another
is voltage is the potential difference between two points
and and the curent is impression of load which is conected
between these two points.

voltage and current are analogous to pressure and flow in mechanical terms.whenever the (pressure)voltage is increased the current(flow) is increased considering a constant resistance.
hence voltage is directly proportional to current

i want to measure voltage difference between neutral and earth so i just simply use voltmeter. my question is that may i use this measure continuosly.or there are some electricity board restrication on that? or it creat some problem on my measuring device..?
