mccb is a protect device, whenever short circuit fault
happens ,it will isolate healthy system from faulty system
due to heavy .changing the phase neutral in circuit not a
fault,it will work as normal circuit.

What Mr.Rajan mantioned is not correct. Core Balance CT,
CBCT (Also called as Zero CT)is used for detecting the
earth fault current.
MCCB is a protective device by sensing the load current. By
interchanging the Phase and Neutral wires, there will not
be any difference in the load current.
So MCCB will trip on higher load current such as overload
or short circuit.

what happens when back feeding supply accidently collapses with normal supply ??? How?? [that is sometimes in a substation 11kv feeder if their ws long time permit work, back feeding supply will provide from nearest substation... if accidently after the permit work, they charged the feeder without removing back feeding wat will happen...?]
In power generator sets, when they are coverted from 50hz to 60hz, the kva rating after conversion increases. For example, the manufacturer of a perkins 200kva @ 50Hz generator set has mentioned it to become 220kva after converstion to 60hz. What is the relation between the frequency & the KVA rating. Any formula please.
