SFU =Incomer> switch >fuse> load unit, FSU =Incomer> fuse>
switch > load unit.Actually FSU is better as it protects
against fault in switch also.SFU is preferred if bare open
fuse wires are used, as fuses can be replaced without
opening at the origin.FSU is preferred when Cartridge type (
HRC)fuses are used.

sigal phase supply is 230 v ac two phase supply is 415 v ac then why three phase supply having supply is 415 v ac why not 690v ac
