meggers have only two terminals and three terminal device
mentioned by u is earth resistance tester.
meggers are used to check insulation value of any equipment
wrt earth which should be highest possible in m ohms and
earth resistance are used to check the effectiveness of
earth pits and their resistancce which should be lowest
possible in ohms

How loading get increased in generator not the speed, while we increasing steam to turbine.
