Static fan is the pressure dropped from the discharge of the
fan and dynamic fan is pressure dropped from the suction.

The pressure drop measured across the discharge of the fan
is called ESP. and the pressure drop measured across the
suction is called as dynamic pressure. Also it can be
calculated as 0.6 x v2 (v-velocity) .
