THREE TERMINALS OF MEGGERS ARE = GROUND, EARTH, LINE
THREE TERMINAL USE = GROUND & LINE USE FOR CHECKING
RESISTANCE BETWEEN GROUND AND LINE
EARTH AND LINE ARE USE FOR CHECKING RESISTANCE BETWEEN TWO
TERMINALS ONE WINDING
