diesel engine works on principle of compreesion and the
perol engine works on the principle of spark,and if we r
poured petrol in to the diesel engine it is not work,

beacuse of higher compression ratio we r unable to attain a
firing point in case of siesel engine, using petrol as a
fuel. and there is no any ignition system so ignition of
fuel is not possible. so diesel engine cant ruv with petorl.

Nothing happens, i think
because In petrol engine , spark plug ignites the Air+Petrol
mixture.
while In diesel engine, there is no spark plug, instead the
Air+diesel mixture ignites due to compression.

So nothing happens since there is no combustion take place.

PETROL.ENGINE WILL START BUT DUE TO LOW IGNITION TEMP. OF
PETROL KNOCKING WILL OCCUR........
