Why high Voltages come in multiple of 11, like 11 KV, 33KV,
66 KV, 132 KV etc.

HV voltages are in multiple of 11 only because they are
stepped-up by transformers having fixed voltage ratios.
these ratios cant be in decimals and are only in whole
numbers.
hence are in multiples in 11.

the fuse is use for protection against overcurrent but at normal condition it carry the rated current then how single thin wire carry this current without melting
