If your concerns with domestic water pump dry run control,
then you can use a floating switch at level point that can
be connected to series with DOL starter if already installed.

contacts in the Starter Circuit.

We can protect a pump from no load running by using a
minimum recirculation line. This line connects outlet with
the main tank or the inlet. so there will always be some
minimum flow through the pump.

put a moisture sensor in land which need to wet on starting and ending point of it.then give to transistor then micro controller do if else program and understand the condition of land it may wet or dry.then give command to relay to operate the water pump

by using the level transmitter and with out plc with some
no nc additional elements in the contactor it is possible
to control.

i think we can over come from this problem by using proximity sensor.or by using timer .
