The very first thing i would like to do when i was
appointed to the job is,to interact with my colleagues in
a friendly manner.
If i was a manager i would not change the things which are
going in a true direction.I will find the things which are
not in phase with the development and study the reasons
which intimidate them.I solve the problems by putting my
utmost effots.Last, but not least is i would be openminded
in listening my collegues input.
